We have three sizes of Tent: S (130x230cm), M (142x230cm), and XL (155x230cm), weighing 85 kg, 90 kg, and 95 kg respectively. For cars, with a good roof rack, the small one is usually used, and for vans, since they have a wider roof, the large one. Includes an anti-condensation mat.

1. Doors and windows made of two and three different fabrics. Premium quality waterproof 280g cotton canvas blackout fabric and very durable breathable mosquito net. There are also two windows that have a plastic window to be able to keep it open in winter and see outside without being exposed to the elements.

2. The entire Tent has SBS zippers to prevent water infiltration, of premium quality.

3. Aluminum ladder with a 25mm diameter in black color. Adjustable up to 230cm. A very resistant and high-quality ladder that supports up to 200kg of weight.

4. Rigid honeycomb aluminum roof. All around the top and bottom cover there are very useful guides to place anything, such as the roof rack of the Tent.

12. Semi-automatic hydraulic opening and closing in 1 minute. The shock absorbers are on the outside, which makes closing the Tent very easy as the fabrics can be retracted easily and also frees up the bed space.

Recepción del pedido

Es muy importante que, en el momento de la entrega, el cliente revise el estado exterior del paquete antes de firmar la recepción.

Si observa cualquier golpe, rotura, manipulación o desperfecto en el embalaje, deberá dejarlo reflejado por escrito en el albarán o dispositivo de entrega del transportista antes de firmar.

Además, siempre que sea posible, recomendamos realizar fotografías antes de que el paquete sea descargado del vehículo del transportista, ya que estas imágenes facilitan la gestión de una posible reclamación con la aseguradora del transporte.

También recomendamos hacer fotografías del embalaje antes de abrirlo y, si se detecta cualquier incidencia, ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible para que podamos ayudar a resolverla.
