Technical characteristics

The enclosure for the Awning 270º 6-arm Jovive is the ideal complement to transform your Awning into a fully protected and functional space. It allows you to turn the shaded area into a large enclosed room, perfect for enhancing comfort during your outdoor trips and stays.

It is made of gray Oxford polyester fabric, resistant and durable, with tear-resistant treatment and a waterproof rating of 3000mm that offers excellent protection against rain and harsh weather conditions.

All its doors and windows include mosquito nets, which allows good interior ventilation while protecting against insects. This combination makes it suitable for use in both warm climates and variable weather conditions.

The enclosure creates an ideal space for multiple uses: resting, cooking, changing with privacy, storing luggage, or having a protected area to eat or gather. It is also especially useful for extended stays or when greater protection against wind, sun, or rain is needed.

Por ello, Jovive no puede responsabilizarse de los retrasos ocasionados por la empresa de transporte o por causas ajenas a nuestro control. En cualquier caso, realizaremos el seguimiento del envío y ayudaremos al cliente a resolver cualquier incidencia lo antes posible.

Recepción del pedido

Es muy importante que, en el momento de la entrega, el cliente revise el estado exterior del paquete antes de firmar la recepción.

Si observa cualquier golpe, rotura, manipulación o desperfecto en el embalaje, deberá dejarlo reflejado por escrito en el albarán o dispositivo de entrega del transportista antes de firmar.

Además, siempre que sea posible, recomendamos realizar fotografías antes de que el paquete sea descargado del vehículo del transportista, ya que estas imágenes facilitan la gestión de una posible reclamación con la aseguradora del transporte.

También recomendamos hacer fotografías del embalaje antes de abrirlo y, si se detecta cualquier incidencia, ponerse en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible para que podamos ayudar a resolverla.
